Boye is a leading civil society voice in the Internet Governance space in Africa. He has background studies in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. A digital rights advocate, legislative engagement expert and Program Manager for Paradigm Initiative Digital Right’s program in Africa. He is an Alumni of the African School on Internet Governance with many years of global, regional and national digital rights advocacy experience. Adeboye led Paradigm Initiative’s advocacy work on the Digital Rights and Freedom Bill in Nigeria, A bill that was passed by Nigeria’s National Assembly in February 2019. He contributes expert opinion on the Guardian Newspaper and Global voices.
