Carmen Valeria Solis Rivera is an expert in Cybersecurity and Digital Diplomacy with extensive practical experience with Government and National Security Agencies of Mexico. She has taken part in Cybersecurity Negotiations at the United Nations Group of Governmental Experts (GGE) on advancing responsible State behavior in cyber space and United Nations Open-Ended Working Group (OEWG). She holds a Master of Business Administration (Copenhagen Business School), a degree in International Relations (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México) and a degree in Public Administration and Management (Instituto de Estudios Universitarios Ortega y Gasset).
