The Freedom Online Coalition (FOC) is a multilateral Coalition of governments that collaborate to advance Internet freedom worldwide. The Freedom Online Conference is an FOC event, and this website serves as a platform to share relevant information, news and live-streamed sessions for the 2021 Freedom Online Conference. It is managed by Global Partners Digital which acts as the Support Unit to the Freedom Online Coalition.

By visiting or using this website, you signify your agreement to our terms of use which includes our conditions of use and privacy policy. These terms of use may be modified at any time and you agree to be bound by any such modifications. If you do not agree to these terms of service, please do not continue to visit or use the website.

The Freedom Online Coalition (FOC) and the Support Unit, also referred to as ‘the operator’, ‘we’ or ‘us’, refers to the owner of the website. ‘You’ refers to the visitor or user of this website.

The FOC is strongly committed to protecting your privacy and we aim to collect as little personal data as possible. Personal data is collected via this website in the following instances: 

1. If you register for the Freedom Online Conference, to collect and store necessary data to grant access to live-streamed sessions and provide relevant updates. 
2. If you contact the FOC via the website’s contact form, to collect and store necessary contact details.

To sign up as a Conference attendee, a name, email address and affiliation is required. To contact the FOC Support Unit, we require a name and email address.
